Two trades, one accountable team
Most buildings split this work across two contractors: a cleaning crew for the kitchen exhaust system and an HVAC company for heating and cooling. The problem is that a commercial kitchen is one connected system — the hood, the duct, the rooftop fan, and the makeup air all have to work together, and grease and airflow problems don't respect the line between trades.
We built the company around both: technicians who understand fire code on the cleaning side and airflow on the mechanical side. For restaurant operators that means one number to call and one team responsible for the whole system. For homeowners it means the same disciplined, documented way of working applied to your furnace, AC, or heat pump. See everything we do or browse the industries we serve.
Hood & exhaust cleaning
Hoods, ducts, plenums, and rooftop fans cleaned to the NFPA 96 standard — with before/after photos and the paperwork your inspector and insurer ask for.
Heating & cooling
Repairs, installations, and maintenance for homes and commercial spaces — AC, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and a 24/7 emergency line.
Why kitchens want both under one roof
A hood that won't capture smoke is sometimes a cleaning problem, sometimes a fan or makeup-air problem — and often both. A contractor who only does one trade can only fix half of it.
How We Work
Quote honestly. Show up. Document everything.
The process is deliberately boring: a clear quote before work starts, scheduling that fits around your service or your family, documented work, and a team that stands behind it afterward.

Our Standards
Benchmarks we work to — not slogans
Standards only matter if you can name them. These are ours, stated as practice.
Kitchen exhaust: NFPA 96
Every hood and exhaust cleaning is performed to the NFPA 96 standard — the benchmark fire marshals and insurers use for commercial kitchen exhaust systems. That means cleaning to bare metal, covering the full system rather than just the visible hood, and leaving documentation behind. Want to know what the standard actually requires of your kitchen? Read our guides.
HVAC: manufacturer specifications
Furnaces, AC systems, and heat pumps are installed and serviced to the manufacturer's specifications — sizing, clearances, refrigerant charge, and commissioning checks. It is the difference between equipment that hits its rated efficiency and equipment that just runs.

Straight Dealing
What you'll never get from us
Honesty is cheaper to maintain than a reputation repair. Three things we simply don't do.
Invented reviews
You won't find star ratings or testimonials on this site, because we only publish real, attributable ones — and we'd rather show none than fake some.
Pressure sales
You get a written quote and the time to decide. No countdown timers, no "this price expires when I leave" routine.
Unexplained line items
Every line on your quote and invoice maps to work you can point to. If something changes on site, you hear about it before it's done — not on the bill.
Where we work
Serving local homes, restaurants, and businesses. Not sure if that includes you? Ask — it takes one call or message to find out, and the answer costs nothing. The fastest way is to get in touch.
