Terms of Service
Effective date: June 10, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and the way Commercial Hoods Cleaning · HVAC quotes, schedules, and performs work. They are written to be read — if anything is unclear, contact us and ask before you book.
Using this site
By using this website or requesting a quote, you accept these terms. Use the site lawfully and submit only accurate information in the quote form — we act on what you send us. How we handle the information you submit is covered by our privacy policy.
Quotes & estimates
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote prepared before we have seen the equipment is an estimate based on the information you provided: final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment, where we can verify system size, condition, and access. A quote is not an offer of guaranteed pricing until we confirm it in writing after that assessment.
If the on-site assessment changes the scope or price, we tell you before any work starts — you decide whether to proceed.
Offer conditions
Where our advertising references “same-day” service, it means same-day when available: scheduling depends on the time of your request, the day's route, and technician availability. It is never a guaranteed arrival time.
Scheduling, access & cancellations
We schedule work for an agreed window and confirm it with you in advance. You agree to provide safe access to the equipment being serviced — for commercial kitchen exhaust work that includes access to the hood, ductwork, rooftop fan, and electrical shut-offs, plus any access arrangements your building requires.
Plans change; just tell us as early as you can if you need to move or cancel an appointment so we can release the slot. Repeated no-shows for confirmed appointments may require prepayment to rebook.
Emergency line scope
If you smell gas or a carbon-monoxide alarm is sounding, leave the building first and call your gas utility or 911. Then call us — equipment can wait; your safety can't.
Our emergency line is for urgent heating, cooling, and commercial kitchen ventilation problems. Calls are dispatched in order of urgency and technician availability; answering your call confirms we are working on dispatch, not a specific arrival time.
Guides & content disclaimer
Our guides and other site content are general information, not engineering, legal, or code-compliance advice. Standards like NFPA 96 are interpreted and enforced by your local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) — fire marshals, inspectors, and insurers — and their requirements take precedence over anything published here. Confirm your specific obligations with your AHJ and your insurance policy.
Limitation of liability & governing law
This website is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commercial Hoods Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its content. Liability connected to services we perform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are provided, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms & contact
We may update these terms as our services or the law change; the version on this page, with its effective date, is the one in force. Material changes take effect when posted here.
